The ice machine comes with a 1/2 mpi female connection. You need one of these to connect to a garden hose connection. Mip brass hose adapter,brass garden hose fitting.

Cons

It makes ice, then 4 hours later the ice melts! When working it produces plenty of ice. When it throws an e code it turns off the machine and your ice melts. Ice making error or refrigerant leak.

Great little ice maker - easy to set up and began making ice within 20 minutes.

Have had mine for over a year now and it works great!

We had this for one month over the two year warranty, when it looks like the control panel went out.

After about a day, the ice reservoir stays full and it stops making ice and is totally quiet.

I even sell bags of ice to my neighbors at two dollars apiece.

Shipping

Waited the 24 hour period before installation and plugging it in (to let the compressor settle after shipping).

After a few emails back and forth, they told me they had processed the order for a new one and it should arrive in 3-5 business days.

They were eager to help and sent another ice maker that same day.

They did ten times better and are sending us a brand new unit to replace ours.

Other brands that you have to manually fill cost just as much or almost as much and don't make as much ice.
