Cons
The ice production on this machine runs on a timer as opposed to a sensor. It quits making ice if you dont watch it for errors.
Customer service is great but i beg you not to buy this machine. What a headache. Very disappointed.
It holds 29 lbs of ice in the bin and makes up to 98 lbs in 24 hours. Now all we have is a very expensive shelf. Shame on this company for selling such a pile.
Tried contacting seller but never got a reply, only received the shipping label to return. We wish we could send it back and get a refund but it worked just long enough to screw us on that too. Now its out of warranty and dead.

It works great, too bad the first one got damaged in shipping, looks like they threw the box around
Waited the 24 hour period before installation and plugging it in (to let the compressor settle after shipping).
Packaging/appearance
20 mounds of ice in the hopper sounds nice till you fill one cooler.
