After it was installed, and we were going thru the settings, we realized that the heat function was not kicking on at all.

Haven’t hooked it up yet, but it’s pretty legit for the price!

    Only thing to be careful of is the copper line set they provide my friend kinked the line being too agressive and i had to cut and compression fitting it

    The next monday i contacted the online customer service center and explained the issue

    The customer service rep asked me some questions and asked me to send him the nomanclature plate info

    The next email i received from him was to inform me they were sending me out a brand new complete unit free of charge because of the one year warranty that was included with my purchase

    They didnt even want to have me return the other unit which other than the heat function was working properly
