It saves more energy if i use the oil heater at the room and combined with the central heat. Works perfectly for my 70 sf. No bad smell, as was reported on other reviews, or anything negative about this item. No complaints at all.

This heater is very convenient to move around. They take up way less space and are completely maneuverable and practically portable compared to their (way) bulkier predecessors.

Cons

This heater is definitely a mini heater. My old space heater from 30 years cranks out more heat than this little heater. Watts is just too low for the mini oil filled radiator heater type.

Oil seeps out from the bottom of the appliance. It flips on but does not turn on. Turning the thermostat to the minimal setting is what turns it off.

Barely throws out any heat. Wouldn't even heat a small bathroom. I think a few candles would have warmed the tiny room more than this thing did.
