My fat cats are insecure was pretty easy to put together until the pin for the top pole that only screwed down half way and then the threaded holes in the poles started spinning and it wouldnt screw down any further had to beat it down with a hammer and run screws in it to get that put on in order to put the top onthe whole thing is wobbly and i doubt the cat will like it he may go in the hiding place but that is about iti do not recommend it at all its just too wobbly im pretty sure if he jumps up to the top it will fall over and then he will never go near it again it was cheap and in this case you get what you pay forthis will probably end up on the burn pile i was disappointed in this cat tree
