Pros
Sturdy enough to hold up without tearing on you. They are pretty strong and soaks up liquid pretty well. Even though they are thin, they are definitely durable.
These tissues are strong and fibrous like a dryer sheet. The tug test confirms the impressive strength proving this tissue to be identical to cloth towels. I normally look for the style that has one smooth side and one textured side.
These are great for allergy season, they are soft and the strong strands do prevent you from poking your finger through when you're blowing your nose. These are an excellent alternative to towels for facial cleansing because they are disposable.
These are really good value if you consider that you can wash and reuse these a few times. They rinse well and air dry quickly and thoroughly. For my infrequent needs these will be great.
These are versatile and useful. Still works, just not my preference. Nice product to remove makeup.

Price
The price isn't too bad if used for the latter named things maybe, but too much for a facial tissue.
I think the price is steep ($30 at time of review) for what you get.
I dont rate on price but i comment.
Packaging/appearance
The only downside i found was the packaging.
Disposable in nature, it offered a convenient solution for keeping my face fresh and clean, without the hassle of washing and reusing.
I wrung it out and pulled on opposite ends of the wipe.
While the quantity of 600 wipes is generous, the packaging is a bit bulky, making it slightly inconvenient for travel or on-the-go use.
Competitiveness
They are not as soft as regular name brand 2-ply tissues.
This homexcel brand is in a carboard box with top feed hole just like a box of tissue.
