This was just what i needed, great quality thread and and tools
I tried to push the needle through the leather but i could not apply enough pressure so i tried pliers.
It does the job it supposed to do ivisable stiches his stretches and a split filled with leather filler cannot see it was there

Surprisingly good for the price, so i can definitely recommend this pack.
All told these represent good value at under £10 and hopefully will do the job required.
Can't rlly remember how much it cost but it was defo worth it, im still using it years later!

Havent used the thimble which is very small and i only use to keep the measuring tape together but other than that its a brilliant starter set for bookbinding

All it needs is a betterproper thimble as the dimpled ring does not inspire confidence

The needles promptly snapped as the appear to be very brittle
