As my ironing board is a mesh type metal i’m concerned that the padding is not thick enough and the metal will impart a waffle pattern as the thin batting squishes down

The pad itself fits fine but the velcro straps are too short by a lot

Way better than the ones ive been using not only is the padding thicker so it the actual material the cover is made from
