Pros
The manner in which my file cabinet was packaged for shipping demonstrates a determined effort to provide a high quality product and experience for the customer. Harold and rose from restockit are extremely nice and intelligent vendors.
Drawers glide smoothly and the variety of hanging file rail placement makes it truly customizable. My only * concern is that the top drawer slightly touches the frame when i close it.
It's heavy (169 pounds, according to the shipping manifest), so if you're going to move it upstairs, you'll need help. It is very sturdy.
Cons

The return was fairly easy and i am very happy with the quality of the product.
I am also very comfortable with the safety of it when my grandchildren are around.
Shipping
The shipping company called me a stated they could only deliver on monday to my area.
I'm not the type to give a reduction in starts due to shipping issues.
