Pros

Lumbar support is supportive and not intrusive. The back is just the right amount of support. Even if i slip a little and try to get sloppy with my sitting, it’s on to me. Cushion is supportive without fatigue.

This one isn't perfect, but in general is probably a couple tiers above my last one. This chair is solid, sleek and a little bit *! Stable, heavy and substantial for a majority plastic chair. A solid roomy chair with a slim profile.

No issues with'sinking' like most chairs tend to do. Only thing is, its a little too tall even when lowered all the way. All chair movement & adjustments available are functional though tilt could require less pressure.

The seat is roomy, comfortable & supportive under my quads towards knees. Reclining is very comfortable with the seat and back angling at different rates.

Cons

Any lateral movement produces pops of the kind that convince you the chair is about to spontaneously disassemble itself. For christ’s sake the least thing your qa should make sure is every screw is in place.

Skip this one. This chair is refuse at this price point. This item now sits in my basement waiting to be given away.

This thing is solid, sturdy, comfortable, and—as far as i can tell one month in—pretty durable!

Good: very easy to assemble, very smooth wheels, great seat cushion and back support.

Needs improvement: no backwards tilt adjustment and the arm rests feel very flimsy.

The only features it doesn't have is 3d arm rests.

Price

After going for cheap chairs all my life, i finally found it in my budget to afford a higher tier option.

Awesome and affordable office chair for long term use.

Overall this feels like more of a $250 chair than a $400 chair.

And the chair is too big and bulky for return, it would cost a fortune.

Competitiveness

This chair is far more comfortable and more adjustable than other chairs i've had in the same price range.

I realized this when comparing the chair i had to the stock pictures and the instructions and realizing they didn't match.

The manufacturer warranty seems to infer that this chair will last a while compared to cheaper models.

I've used herman miller for work before and i found this to be a way better deal.
