Pros

Both my wife and i find it comfortable even though she is ten inches shorter and about 100 pounds lighter. Like the seat forward/back adjust and back-tilt/lock. The back up/down adjust is a bit loose.

Cons

The padding is either too soft or too thin depending on how you look at it. You bottom out the seat and are just sitting on the wooden part. Even when the seat is pushed all the way back, it still hits the lower leg of short people.

The adjustable arms are great and the seat cushion is good (my legs don't fall asleep or hurt like the did with the aeron chairs).

The chair arms needed some tightening and the chair height adjuster has a minor bend but works.

I may upgrade the casters, but it swivels and rolls easily.

Price

Not inexpensive but worth it, definitely recommend.

Got a pretty great price on it so i'll just deal with it.

It compares favorably with much more expensive steelcase and herman miller chairs.

We have 12 similar to this in our conference room and we liked them enough to get more for daily office chairs.

I prefer these chairs to the more expensive hm aeron chairs we had been purchasing.
