About any time i adjust my position in the chair especially recline it produces a loud popping noise

I like firm chairs and do not care too much for the recline features so i have it in the upright position which provides adequate back support although there is no formal lumbar adjustment

Bottom line the build quality of the hon sets it well apart from the typical chairs carried at office superstores
