We bought this chair based on the big warranty on hons website and the reviews here in the hope that it would be reasonably comfy and last us for years to come

Theres no way that mesh is staying in there for more than a couple of years or so before ripping out according to one of the other reviews this already happened to someone after 20 months

Most cheapo chairs will hold up for a year or two so 400 for this one seems like a bad deal

The full lifetime warranty is misleading and in my opinion a blatant lie
