Pros

The leather is supple and the padding is very supportive. It's beautiful and the upholstery has a nice matte feel to it.

It's quite sturdy and seems like it will last quite a while without the upholstery problems my last chair had. The leather has a soft, almost suede feel. And the caster wheels work good. The back creaks a little.

The back is high enough that you can slouch down in the chair and take a nap. The fact that i can't sit two inches higher has definitely impacted my enjoyment of this chair.

Cons

The other huge negative is that this chair squeaks so loud it sounds like the crypt keeper has just materialized beneath the thing to drag you down to * with his skeleton hands! I'm bummed. Will update if a fix can be made.

The height of the backrest from the seat to the top is 22 inches. Every time i sit in it i feel like i'm falling backward. It's so loud, it's a pain in the *.

No complaints & a very good price.

It has a higher-end feel than i was expecting for the price.

Maybe it's just the cost factor and why they are able to offer this chair for a reasonable price.

Packaging/appearance

And we learned that it's not only is comfortable, it is just the right size to hold the boppy.

I am extremely pleased to say that after two months of regular use, it looks and feels as good as it did out of the box.
