Pros

My only complaint is the tilting.

The padded seat is great, and the arm rests are firm but soft. The seat is wide and spacious. The mesh fabric on the seat is strong, flexible, but somewhat slick.

My only have 2 nits. But having sat in this chair for the last 1. Hours i am loving it!

This is a solid office chair with reliable standard features that will last. My only regret is i did not splurge a bit more for one of hon's more expensive models.

The lumbar support is great. I suffer from severe hip pain and need an office chair that won't aggravate it. Also nice having a cushioned seat for comfort.

Cons

The arms are a hard plastic. They come up maybe 3 or 4 inches above the seat when fully extended. It has basic up/down arm rests which are pushed to far forward so (for me at least), i have to extend my arms to lay them on the rests.

The package arrived damaged and the chair had some scuffs. The practicality of design is as horrible as the production quality is high. This is truly a bewildering and disappointing combination.

The cushioning on this just isn't there and won't last if you're heavy. No cushioning whatsoever, and are for averaged sized people. After 6 weeks of using the back of the seat felt hard as if the padding is worn out.

I purchased this chair as a gift for my brother almost a year ago for $329.

Well worth the cost and getting it from another saved me over a lot compaired to other prices on the internet.

It’s a great value at this price point.

I bought this chair in october 2021 for $345, and it's still going strong six months later.

My new chair arrived within 2 days.

Within 2 hours i had a reply that new parts are being shipped.

Amazon messed up the box/delivery and it arrived all taped up.

Ordered the chair on a sunday and it arrived in my office on tuesday - thanks, amazon!

Packaging/appearance

The chair was very easy to assemble and the packaging was excellent.

It was missing a very important part - clearly neglected to get back in the box before being taped up.

I got it on a deep discount due to bad packaging, but honestly, it's worth it even at full price.
