Perfect wraparound shades so keeps the wind out my eyes. They're sturdy and comfortable. I use these for cycling/mountain biking.

I probably would not recommend these for projects where eye protection is essential as they are still fairly small and do not offer complete coverage for small projects and home diy they are probably fine
