The gable end of my house was very damp

It drew plenty of water out of the air on first use then maintains it at far lower levels afterwards

Also please bear in mind that some cheap dehumidifiers need the room temperature to be 30 degrees to be able to condense water properly

Making them very inefficient as you would have to turn the heating at max all the time wasting tons of electricity
