But overall spending an extra $100-$200 for that extra duct is well worth the price.
Value: so the price is a bit on the higher side compared to some of the other ac's i found on amazon, but the brand reputation drew me in.
Price wise you can get a mini split or window unit for less if those applications suit you.

I dont know the impact on my electricity bill but i know that i have to run this unit half the time id run my old one hose unit

If you want to install a central heatingcooling system a mini split or a regular window unit you would be better off and it would more efficient

First of all the major problem with most probable ac units is that the unit uses your rooms air to expell heat from its condensing coil which is terribly inefficient and also sucks air out of your room and blows it outside causing negative air pressures
