I had purchased another older voyager model that failed after a couple of weeks of use and well out of the return period i think the seller was passing off refurbs as new he has since disappeared from amazon so that was money wasted

The package included a sheet with the programming barcodes but you can always go online and install the free software ezconfig from the honeywell website to customize your scanner as well

The 1400g scanner also seems to work quite a bit faster but this may also be because of the degraded clicker on our previous model
