Pros

Price is right. It does that perfectly. Only complaint is the display looks like there is dirt behind it.

One program for m-f and one for sat/sun. It's great to set the different temperatures at different times of the day and differentiate the weekdays from the weekend. They work great for heat and are accurate, we have separate thermostats for a/c.

The setup was a breeze, and the intuitive interface makes it easy to program and adjust the temperature.

The original thermostat i bought was mechanical, and i short-cycled my ac and turned the system on and off, sometimes seconds apart.

I bought this because we have a super dark hallway and our old thermostat wasn’t lighted.

Works well, can't beat for the money.

For like $10 this is a no brainer.

Competitiveness

I almost got the cheaper honeywell model with lcd but i'm glad i popped for this one with a backlight.

I was dismayed to find that it was a different dumbed down "honeywell home" division.

You can set a basic schedule for mon-fri and sat-sun also known as the 5-2 schedule.
