Pros

The best inline non digital timer, period. The nut sandwiches the switch plate and timer plate to the body and holds it all in place. Installed 2 of them for outside sconce lighting.

Works great. Not objectionable to me though. It's cheaper than running an electric heater during my work hours. Build is sturdy and well engineered.

Cons

Took a month to get time to get to it. After a few minutes it stops. Sometimes it just stops ticking. Sent replacement, it makes ticking noise but clock indicator doesn't move.

The timer works only 50% of the time. Seems that the little plastic tabs of the timer rub against it when the timer turns.

The tabs are too long to allow the dial to turn. The dial must be removed to install the plate. This is a rocker style switch face, so it won't fit the normal style wall plate face.

This manual timer and it's low-cost look like the way to go.

This definitely does what it si supposed to do, and for a good price.

If i need a little boost of heat later on, another 20 minutes of gas doesn't cost much.

The amazon representative gave me instructions on how to complete the return.

I got it delivered the next day.

Amazon sent out the replacement right away.

I would have given it a 5-star but the unit i received and installed is off white not as advertised as white.
