I owned the same heater for around 9 years before the oil started leaking

Then turn the temp up to where you want it set

Once on the heater normally detects the room temp around 65 so i turn the desired temp down to 60 it clicks off and the light comes on showing it is off then i turn it back up to 68 and the light clicks off and the heater turns on

On the downside if i keep it turned on for an extended period it seems to throw off some very smelly scents which i at first attributed to the accumulation of dust
