Pros

The 50 pint unit works great, and is decently quiet. It's not an issue for me aside from if i'm filming something and then it has to be turned off.

It works through the app now. Should have bought sooner. Kudos to jmatek.

Easy to install and setup the wifi controls. Used a zip tie and reattached the wheel. I recommend putting furniture feet protectors under a couple of the wheels.

Cons

The bucket has a really tiny capacity and has to be emptied every 4-5 hours. This unit even on high runs 24/7 and barely gets close to 60%.

The warranty is void because the repair shop opened it. There is no way to contact the company. I have contacted honeywell and still waiting for warranty claim to be settled.

After a few days of use out of the box it's starting to rattle as parts loosen.

Our old dehumidifier died after about five years of constant use.

This thing has saved me a lot of money.

We need a paid receipt for proof of purchase an extended warranty.
