Was a pain to program all that but the family loves it.
Competitiveness
Fairly easy to setup for zwave devices.
This works great as a home security panel with the added benefit of being a z-wave controller.
Plan to install security lighting on a single circuit with a zwave light switch in the basement.
Plan to install zwave locks so unlocking door shuts off alarm.

Livewatch once we signed up with them would provide the honeywell gsmv4g cellular communicator for the alarm panel
