They market these as diy, but if you have technical problems they want you to hire one of their dealers to troubleshoot the issue. Tried to work with amazon a-z customer guarantee. Very rude customer service for this product.

Eyezon has a product called the envisalink 3 that allows no cost internet monitoring of the alarm system and sends out emails and sms text messages on events
