Pros

My only complaint is that although amazon tries to mitigate potential damage by shipping this filter in a much larger box than it requires, with some bubble wrap, it still arrived slightly crunched on one side.

Cons

We are very disappointed because this was one of the better priced filters. The performance specs printed on the filter itself, seems to be marketing as the same.

Filter was completely smashed on one side. Coils bent. Looked like it had been taped together.

Lasts for one year, which makes sense since the equivalent quality/standard 1-inch filters to this last 3 mos, and this is 4-inches thick.

Air was running on a coolish night and the condenser iced up because of lack of air flow.

Quickly pulling up amazon, i found the honeywell cf100a1009 4-inch for nearly half the cost.
