Wanted a monitor on each level of my home. One for the upstairs and one for downstairs. Had a sewer back up twice. I am glad our plumber recommended it.
Cons
They want me to pay a plumber $100+ to install it if i want the warranty. Do not recommend.
The sensor is now offline and won’t connect to wifi again. Sometimes they connect in 15-30 minutes, but the data does not update. The app reads that it’s connected, but has never once sent a leak alert during numerous tests.
It only updates temp/humi once daily (once every 24 hrs). It also says it takes up to a minute to register alarm condition. If you can’t trust the sensor to stay online, what’s the point of having it? The alert function utilizing email only is a flaw.... Read More

This product was easy to install and connected right to my phone.
I could have overflow issues with certain devices and it send me text alerts along with audible in-house alarms.
Un-noticed pressure in the boiler could have led to bigger problems.
Price
Highly recommend these devices which could save hundreds if not thousands of dollars in damages down the road.

I also installed one in my furnace room and have received alerts and found the relief valve on the furnace was leaking to much
