Works great nice and quite cools great.
I also had issues with the remote.
This appliance works well as both an air conditioner and dehumidifier.

I did take a star off for the non working remote and the high price.

Overall this is a well-made high efficient ac unit which is very easy to install and move around as needed.
It’s a great portable ac unit for the price.
I just don’t think it’s worth the $450 price tag.
