Simple, basic and ez to install. Works exactly as described. Very happy with this device.

The barn is fully plumbed with a kitchen and bathroom, nothing froze. Probably good to check calibration annually to avoid risk of frozen pipes. Needed a simple thermostat to control a baseboard heater in our mud room.
