This is well designed and solidly built. It is extremely well made and very stylish. You won't be disappointed. This is pleasing.
The items is very good wuality and imo worth the extra cost. Highly recommend this product.
Plug-in doorbell is very smart and easy to silence. Good for people who crave variety in how they are alerted to their arrival.

If i press the doorbell three times - occasionally the bell will ring. The ringer is located it the room above the bell push and 3 metres away.

Easy to use straight out of the box.
Competitiveness
It fits neatly into a single socket area (so it's slightly smaller than a single 3-pin socket) and doesn't stick-out very far at all.
The plug-in unit has an integrated 3-pin plug and the whole unit (about 3 square) plugs into the wall.
Yes, i know they'll bray on the door instead, but still, it's a nice thought on the part of the manufacturer.

The most disappointing feature for me and one of the reasons for purchasing the bell was the so called “innovative” nightlight

Whilst it is a novel idea being able to select various colours there is no built in light sensor meaning you have to switch this feature onoff manually
