It drowns out the noise of the kids running through the house during the day. This helps my tinnitus when i'm trying to sleep. Bonus for restful sleep. There might be negative reviews cuz of anything having to do with shipping or receiving a bunk item... Read More

Cons

When the fan oscillates it makes a squeaking sound. The only way to turn it on is to physically touch the fan.

I was really disappointed in this thing.

The sound effects seem like a half-baked afterthought. It's less comforting than the deeper sounds of the vornado. When it's not loud it just gives me a massive headache.

The noise is one tone of soft hum, for which you have no control of volume. You can't adjust them or decide what is low/med/high. These 3 levels are completely ineffective. It isnt loud so maybe if you're a regular sleeper or had it on the other side ... Read More

Fan noise is excellent and the little door that lets you open for a breeze is a nice feature.

Now they sound like they’re on the verge of exploding and they randomly change fan speed on their own.

It provides air circulation and noise while sleeping!

This is a small fan with a lot of features for the price.

Shipping

The fan was shipped in the same box it would have been sitting on a shelf inside a store, lol.

Packaging/appearance

I don't believe in over-packaging things, but this was not the best way to ship something.

I really hope honeywell makes a more compact light version of it for travel purposes to easily pack in a cabin bag.
