What i hate about this item, is every time it is delivered the box is crushed as well as the filter.
Arrived in a plastic bag but the filer itself came in pristine condition.
The filters were deliverd in a cardboard box, no damage to the box.

I have used this product for several years and find that it out-performs other brands.
Much better price than the ac company.
Same type and brand that the hvac company uses for less $
