Pros
My i hook this up to my 675 amp boat battery. It hardly uses any electricity and does a great job keeping our bathroom just right.
It is meant to be used on a desktop or at your feet. I use mine on my headboard as i find the heat soothing while relaxing in bed. Some reviews are quite negative but adjust expectation to this items size and price.
Tied into inkbird temp controller thermostat. I like that it has a safety sensor on the bottom. Perfect for chilly nights.

My other issue with the other unit is that it makes the room too hot and dry as well for my liking.

(230vac is common elsewhere including in australia, britain, and much of northwest europe.
Packaging/appearance
I also loved the minimal packaging and the absolute ease of use.

On full power, it pulls too many watts for small power banks , 200w power banks isn't enough to power this.
It uses nominal 120vac common in canada and us plus probably mexico, not the 200 someone claimed.
