It's not terribly expensive, it uses the time-tested evaporative method with a filter for clean air, and it is simple to disassemble.
The unit is large and the tank is small, but it's better than others i've had for the same price

I also drop in an aquastick to inhibit bacteria and mold which i change out monthly
