I just bought 2 of them for both bedrooms and one of them was very quiet but the other one made awful rattling noise

The good part it did make a big difference in air quality especially with ionizer or though first smelled somewhat of machine oil or something like that just a new appliance smell

Be careful and do not order items with one click checkout when it qualifiers for free shipping you will be charged shipping and you have to be quick to cancel the order im to slow and if you are as dense as i am you will not be able to figure out how to contact amazon

Nice looking somewhat noisy but 4 stars instead of 5 because the filter itself is made of plastic and it was ofgassing for the first 2 days i had it

I just moved into a new apt where they didnt let the unit air out after the carpet washing and it had a terrible moldymustyskanky smell

I poked at it a few times after reading the reviews and i disagree with other revewiers comments that it is unstable
