Pros

The unit is great for cooling off my bedroom at night. Cools more space than required for me. We are not in a humid environment and i suspect some of the bad reviews here might be fighting against high humidity.

The only thing i was unhappy about is that it took a couple weeks to get here and seemed to bounce around a lot within fed ex's network. My only real complaints are about the remote/wifi/voice features. No complaint about the air that comes out of it.... Read More

It's not the quietest unit on the market, but it almost functions like a white noise machine. The fan behaves in an unexpected way as confirmed by one of your support people. Very quiet compared ty p others.

It has a very accurate thermostat, and cuts the a/c off to just fan, or off completely, very accurately. The temp control works in the app but a little finicky.

Amazon has it now and i am waiting for the refund process to play out. Going to try to recoup my dollars. Hopefully this is unavailable because they're going back to the drawing board.

It’s rly powerful, and honestly, if you want your room to cool quickly and consistently, you’re gonna compromise noise level.

This unit is semi-portable (it is heavy so moving up/down stairs is a bit of a chore) and can be installed in various window types.

Ordered this on the hottest day in history here and it said two weeks for the delivery.

Thanks to amazon i returned that unit free of charge and they sent me a new one.

Arrived well packed, easy install with quality hose and window fitting, we set the temperature and have enjoyed a cool hot summer.

Competitiveness

But i had another brand of a/c unit in another bedroom that was less powerful and it was louder so.

Also, found that having mode = cool and fan=slow works better for us than mode=auto.
