A miracle that it was delivered all in one picebut the ac is working really well nowi needed to cut part of the plastic that goes into the window sill so it would fit

Unfortunately one product arrived without the window bracket that was supposed to be included with the unit i ordered two units and one had the bracket with it and the other was lacking the bracket

I had to use foil and tape to close the window opening that should have been achieved with the bracket

Once i contacted honeywell i got to the people who could supply me with the bracket and am now waiting for it to arrive

We ordered this unit with some hesitation because of various reviewers of all brands said they were loud

No where near as loud as a window ac unit
