The air flow is very strong coming from this unit. The only negative is that it drains alot of water. The extender for the window is great.

My heart starts pounding. I want cooled and it will. Within 15 minutes, it drops the temp 5 degrees, and within a half hour, humidity is great and temp is where i need it.

Between the noise and the humming it’s enough to drive a person mad. Box was very flimsy and heavy. Non-stop ringing sound makes this our worst purchase this year.

Big and bulky. Looks fancy, but that's about all it offers. Don't waste your money.

Emptied water out (not much) but continued to get p1 message between 1/2 hour to an hour after emptying water. It's constantly on, displaying incorrect information if you use the * on the unit itself, as there's no sync between the two.

The kit fits but blocks the hole required to attach the exhaust vent. Only if you have a conforming window that is exactly 26. When you do this, the bracket becomes 37 inches wide.
