The heat is more evenly distributed evan while using my wood stove. The second floor is always a few degrees warmer.

Cons
This t-stat and sensor combo gives the homeowner no control in how it operates. Having a little more constant room temperature is not worth replacing an ac compressor more frequently.
App habitually loses internet connectivity. Smart functionality is absolutely useless.
The software is not good in my opinion unless i just got a defective one. Unfortunately its just not reliable. Both the product and the terrible tech support.

Good quality and their installation instructions are thorough.
The one thing i would love for it to do is have the screen black out as it’s always lighted and creates an accidental nightlight.
This thermostat has 3 holes you need to drill which are probably not in the location of the ones for your old thermostat.
Price
Overall, great value smart thermostat that does what it needs to do.
And in the first month - in july, the heat of summer - my electric bill already decreased $47.
The t9 thermostat with a room sensor can be had for as little as $143.

The package includes a power adapter in case you don't have a blue cable.
Competitiveness
The software on this thermostat is so much better than nest.
I highly recommend this over nest or other systems.
The t9 now reads the same as the thermometerin terms of why i chose the t9 over a ecobee or a nest, basically the t9 generally is cheaper.
Also tried the premium ecobee and the t9 is better across the board, and less expensive.

So my wife and i are cold in our room our kids are hot in their roomsso after we would go to bed the teenagers would drop the ac to 66 and we would get up turn it back to 68 and then when we got up for work it would be back to 66 so we bought this so we could lock it at a specific temperature and they cant change it suckers🤣 and the cool thing is we can manage it from our phones so when we were camping and saw that it was in triple digits we were able to make it cooler than what we set it for for the pets

I have the fan set on circulate so it turns on about every 30 minutes and runs for about 10 minutes
