The unit was damaged on arrival obviously from dropping or poor handling during shipment

I called honeywell as they suggest not amazon they replaced the unit with the next size up as they had to stock of the unit that i originally purchased

The 100 is usually overpriced and barely filters anything

With a cat in the room the carbon filter gets fur and dust covered needing a brief vacuum every 2 weeks or so the unit is run 24 hours a day at the general speed setting
