Pros
Honeywell products are fantastic. The only thing i was unhappy about is that it took a couple weeks to get here and seemed to bounce around a lot within fed ex's network.
Fan behaves in an unexpected way as confirmed by one of your support people. Fan continues after the compressor stops on that model. Very quiet compared ty p others.
Registration is required to use the app. The temp control works in the app but a little finicky. I only wish the remote had a backlit screen and that the * were further spaced apart.
Cons
It automatically shuts down for no reason. The air it blows out stinks like sewage. It simply lacks cooling power.

Hopefully this is unavailable because they're going back to the drawing board.
This product is not sold or serviced by honeywell. And even then, it's useless. Going to try to recoup my dollars.

Anyway - i think its a good price, good with cooling power considering we are cooling larger spaces than stated.

Arrived well packed, easy install with quality hose and window fitting, we set the temperature and have enjoyed a cool hot summer.

The window exhaust kit is going to cause you frustration im sure i have super tall sliding picture windows and had to add my own blanking panels to extend this an additional 1534 even on its maximum extent but that was to be expected

Once you get that figured out you should be good i would like to buy another window mount kit so i can leave the windows asis and simply move the machine instead of having to undo both each time sometimes i seal with masking tape too

Once it reaches its set temp it switches off during the night when temps drop it it hardly runs
