    The man delivering the water will do the lifting but i could have saved money had i purchased the bottom loading set

    Updated from 3stars to 4 stars on 5215 a helpful comment that was posted suggested that i contact customer support to get instructions on adjusting the thermostat you have to remove a sticker on the back that says do not adjust and turn it clockwise 45 degrees go figure
