Water tastes horrible, defeats primary purpose of buying water. Also, the product is fairly noisy. Very disappointing considering this is a name brand product.

The build quality is alright, but every time i lower a 5-gallon onto it i feel like it's going to get crushed. After a month, water still tastes like plastic. Have run about 10 gallons through it and cannot shake the rubber taste.

This item is not for someone who wants cold water. The cold water tap is merely cool. Who drinks luke warm water?
