Highlights
Quality
Very easy to install and it worked fine.
Easy to wire and plug into outlet
Solved problem with no power to 10 year alarm keypad .
After 20 plus years of continuous use, old transformer finally called it quits.
Price
It works just as i expected, excellent price.
Saved me (or at least postponed) the expense of buying a new alarm system.
It wasn't very expensive so we now have it just in case.
We like that it was a brand name for a reasonable price.
Shipping
It arrived faster than my property tax bill and worked perfectly.
Rather than wait days for adt to do a service call, i ordered this transformer from amazon.
Anyway, it came the next day from amazon, and i installed it.
Competitiveness
Resideo is the recent owner of all honeywell home products, and honeywell years ago purchased ademco, which makes the safewatch pro 3000.
Indeed, this transformer turns out to be identical to the one that i was replacing, except it says resideo rather than honeywell.
This was a replacement for another brand.
