Pros

This heater is astonishingly good. It does the job. And the tower form is pretty elegant, too.

The heater is safe to the touch for toddlers and crawling babies. It has a great safety feature if it gets tipped over it shuts off. I find it very handy because i have a dog that ends up tripping on power cables.

Multiple timing settings are a definite plus. Timer for 1, 2, 4 or six hours. Low setting is great for just taking the chill off and is basically an eco setting.

Cons

Built quality of this thing is very inconsistent. Overpriced and poor quality. It is not out of warranty, it is just they gave me an old replacement heater which was manufactured 2009!
