Quality

I've been extremely pleased with this unit.

I then turned the ac on with the refrigerant coming on and in 20 mins the temperature dropped to 76 degrees!

Worked great for 3 years then had an issues with the water tank needing emptied all the time.

Shipping

These units do not ship well and they really need to improve the shipping box.

But i’m sure this is a shipping problem.

Packaging/appearance

But the packaging upon delivery was challenging since the bottom was falling out.
