The really nice thing though is that the controls are on the front not the top so cathoppingonit doesnt change the settings

I called the warranty company to address warranty issues listed in the reviews i was told 99 are registration failures

If you purchase complete warranty registration immediately as described in the pamphlet that comes with it as described in the included pamphlet

Honeywell does not handle the warranties jmatek does as described in the included pamphlet

In the end it fits pretty well into the window and most important there are no holes so hot air doesnt get into the room
