I believe i only had a 3 month warranty with honeywell so i just threw it away

I touched the shaft cap showing in the middle of the rotary fan and it was very hot indicating friction problems and possible fire risk so it got decommissioned shortly thereafter

Then in the middle of the night we got woken up by the smoke detector which was purchased and installed 2 days prior purchasing the humidifier

At that time my wife was 8 months pregnant with our first child if not the smoke detector in our bedroom all 3 of us myself my wife and our unborn child would be dead
