Pros

Leak sensor uses a 4' rope string to detect water. The rope sensor is very absorbent and takes some time to dry. The original furnace, from 1965, still purrs like a kitten.

Easy to install. Paired to my wi-fi (did it right next to the router) i no longer worry about downstairs neighbors getting leaked upon.

Leak detectors work very well and are mostly bulletproof. I have a sump pit in a storage room that can fill with water during a heavy rainfall. This product is amazing.

Cons

Lora yolink water sensor has great potential if it doesn't fail. The audible alarm is loud enough to be annoying at close range.

Below is information emailed to me by support. There is no way to reset this device remotely, making it not feasible for remote monitoring.

The wifi support is rudimentary and will not connect to most wifi networks. The bluetooth connectivity of this device is horrible.

This product works great and it save me from a leak once.

We have a front loader with the pedestal washer and a dryer with steam.

I have a neighbor underneath me that did do well with the water leak mishap from my unit.

Eventually one of the reset/fornicate with the app/reset again cycles worked and it installed and works fine.
