Best part is customized ringtone with mp3. Volume is adjustable and soft to loud. Colors light up just fine though.

Cons

This item may be discontinued because of its dismal rating. When that happens an item that should have much life in it is essentially a paperweight. Godspeed to whoever ends up with it.

There seems to be a delay of about a second from the time one presses the button until the bell sounds. I have factory reset this thing multiple times and it will work for a day and then go silent.

The doorbell chime is fine, but the button that it comes supplied with seems to be made of either cheap plastic, or was made by some sort of the 3rd party. Even though we have very few people ringing the doorbell it is dead within 3 weeks to a month a... Read More

One of the features i like the best is the being able to change the ring for various doors and also the color that the unit lights up.

This works well but it was challenging to install the battery and then to get the back to snap in place.

Great product if you don't like being jarred by a one-volume ding dong.
